# About

This education series was created by Civic Switchboard Data Literacy Team, with generous support from the Institute for Museum and Library Services [Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program Grant](https://www.imls.gov/grants/awarded/re-246295-ols-20) (#RE-246295-OLS-20). This education series is part of the larger [Civic Switchboard project](https://civic-switchboard.github.io/).

This project is a partnership between the University of Pittsburgh’s [School of Computing and Information](https://www.sci.pitt.edu/) and the [Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center](http://www.wprdc.org/) based in the [University Center for Social and Urban Research](https://ucsur.pitt.edu/), with advisory support from the University of Pittsburgh Library System and representatives from libraries and MLIS programs nationally.
